Vivian M. Persell was born on May 7, 1927 in Indianapolis, Indiana, the daughter of Bert and Jimmie Persell and passed into eternal peace on September 9, 2018.

Vivian also had two brothers Frank Persell and Bert Persell Jr. and a sister Patsy Persell. Vivian parents and siblings all proceeded her in death.

She was blessed with 91 years and touched several peoples lives. After graduating from Tech High School class of 1943 she worked for the state building as a secretary until retiring.

Upon retiring she enjoyed being outside and enjoying mother nature feeding the squirrels and birds; she loved and had several cats herself. She also tended to several neighborhood cats in need.

In earlier years she enjoyed getting out watching play and movies in later years she enjoyed watching western movies a lot. She also talked often about traveling around the world.

Vivian was very close to family and friends Anna Jones and Billy Wood.

Funeral Service will be on Friday, September 14, 2018 at St. Philip Neri Catholic Church, 550 N. Rural Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46201 at 1pm. Visitation prior to service from 11am – 1pm. Burial to follow at Washington Park East Cemetery.
